Opened in 1998 on the Plateau-Mont-Royal, it is led by Dr Stéphanie Levi, a graduate of the Paris VII faculty of dentistry. Implants, bone grafts and sinus floor elevation, gum grafts, apicoectomy, impacted wisdom teeth — Dr Antoine Butel, trained in Lille, operates on site, and the treatment plan is not split across two practices.

Treatments and services

Examination with periodontal probing, digital radiography, cleaning; root planing once tartar has gone below the gumline. Shade-matched composite fillings, root canal therapy sealed with gutta-percha, crowns, bridges and implant-supported prostheses. Cosmetic: porcelain or composite veneers, direct bonding sculpted chairside, Iveri whitening in the office or in custom trays for home. Orthodontics is handled by Dr Mina Hanna — an interceptive phase in children, final alignment afterwards, clear aligners. Emergencies are seen the same day.

Jaw and bruxism

Night grinding and temporomandibular joint disorders form a service of their own here. The night guard is milled from a digital impression, the bite is adjusted, and therapeutic Botox injections into the masseters cut the force of the clench at its source — which is why morning headaches recede. Dr Eileen Margossian taught oral surgery at the Université de Montréal for more than fourteen years and oversees the asepsis protocols; she sees patients in French, English, Armenian, Arabic and Italian. Dr Milagros Torres, with fifteen years of practice, takes operative dentistry, cosmetic restorations and children, and also speaks Spanish.
